The Why Pilates? Workshop offers a unique opportunity for anyone interested to taking up in Pilates to participate in this workshop to find out more about Pilates. Subjects covered in the 90 minute workshop will explain:

The origins of Pilates – from Joseph Pilates to the present day.

Benefits to your body and mind – develop your core, breathing and body control.

Pilates disciplines offered by Coast – Classic, Stretch and Reformer – the differences and benefits of each will be explained and demonstrated.

Participate in a real Beginners Class to experience what to expect.
Coast Teachers will be at hand to answer questions.
Date and time – Saturday 18 April at 9.30 am to11.00 am
