INTRODUCTORY CLASSES

Our Introductory Classes are ideal for anyone new to Pilates who would like to learn the basics and get a feel for either Mat or Reformer. Over the course of three weeks, you will be guided through the core principles and movements in a calm and supportive environment. These sessions will give you the confidence to join our regular classes.
