Springboard Classes 

For those with a good knowledge of the principles of Pilates and wanting a more invigorating and strenuous workout, we run classes using wall-mounted Springboard machines. The various settings provide resistance which require the body to work harder and so build strength, balance and stamina.

Our timetable of Springboard classes is listed below. Existing members can book vacant slots via the members portal, new members should Contact Us to check availability as some classes are full.
