TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Coast Pilates operates on a membership basis. Members pay for classes in advance on a rolling one month period and payment for these classes is due in full by the 1st of each month.

Class booking cycle
We believe that in order to get the most out of your exercise regime is to engage in a regular Pilates routine. We also believe that a break in the routine a couple of times a year is good and helps to revive the spirits.
Over the course of the year, you will be invoiced for 48 sessions if you do one per week which is 4 per month, irrespective of the number of weeks in that particular month. This means that for four weeks in the year there will be no regular classes
Class bookings and missed classes
When you join Coast Pilates you will be allocated a permanent space in a given class. This space is yours and will be reserved for you for as long as your membership is paid up.
If, for some reason you have to miss a class and want to reschedule to makeup, you can easily do this using the Coast Pilates Online Booking system on your laptop or smartphone.
Once you have joined and your membership is in place you will receive a link to the Coast Pilates Online Booking System which will allow you to see the classes you are permanently booked into, as well as all other classes with available spaces.
If you cannot attend your class please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, thus freeing up the space for someone else looking to make up a class. When you change a class remember to remove yourself from the class you cannot attend.

Planned absence for holiday
If you are away for longer than four weeks, you may pay 25% of the monthly fee in order to retain your place in a particular group class e.g. Mondays at 9.15.am.
Please discuss with Rebecca at least three weeks before your planned absence.
Payment for classes is by direct debit payable monthly.
We use GoCardless as our service provider to process the direct debit and GoCardless will notify you by e-mail that a payment has been set up on your account then advise you three working days before any payment is taken.
Coast Pilates does not store your bank details on our computers. Your bank details are submitted to GoCardless via ClubManager.com (our class booking and accounting system).
Cancel your Membership of Coast Pilates.
Membership can be cancelled at any time, but we will require at least 15 days’ notice to cancel a direct debit that is in place.
We will not make cash refunds for classes paid, but not used.
