FINDING A ROUTINE WHICH IS RIGHT FOR YOU

For those new to Pilates, we recommend you start with either our beginners course or a private introductory session and assessment, so that we can understand your body’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as your own goals. Once you are ready, we will slot you into a 55-minute class or suggest a series of private, or semi-private sessions which will be tailored to your needs.

If you already have some experience of Pilates and no serious medical conditions, we may suggest your initial assessment takes place in one of our regular classes.

When you practise Pilates with us we provide the full range of specialist equipment such as rollers, balls and hoops, to enhance your workout. We are the only studio in the areas offering group Springboard and Reformer classes, enabling targeted exercise which helps our members to progress quicker.

You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.”

SPRINGBOARD  CLASSES

For those with a good knowledge of the principles of  Pilates and wanting a more invigorating and strenuous workout, we run classes using wall-mounted Springboard machines. The various settings provide resistance which require the body to work harder and so build strength, balance and stamina.

REFORMER CLASSES

We are the only studio in the area to offer reformer classes. The Reformer equipment helps you receive a balanced, whole body workout using springs and weights.
