We are the only studio in the area to offer reformer classes. Under the supervision of a qualified instructor, you receive a balanced, whole body workout using carefully choreographed movements. Springs and weights help to strengthen your body targeting big muscles and also the small body stabilisers.
This specialist piece of equipment developed by Joseph Pilates increases movement, so is great to work unilaterally if you have a weaknesses on one side of your body, or for a more challenging workout.
