Introduction to Resitance based Pilates
The next level Pilates
For the first time Coast Pilates will be offering a five-day training course solely dedicated to Resistance training using Pilates equipment.
During the course participants will experience and work on the Pilates Reformer, the Pilates Springboard and one session doing Barre Pilates
The benefit of working with resistance is to strengthen the body without impacting your joints. You will be able to realign your body under the tension of the springs and focus on specific muscles groups to build a more balanced body.
Coast will run the course over five fifty-five-minute sessions during the first week of October and will be led by Jenny Strehlau, Principal Teacher at Coast Pilates.
Course dates and Venue
Monday 30 September to Friday 4 October 2024 in the Coast Pilates Studio at no 28 Queen Street, Lymington. Classes will start at 8.00 am and runs for 55 minutes.
The course can accommodate six persons.
Joining a regular class.
Once you have completed the course, you will be ready to join one of our regular classes, running weekdays and evenings.
Your instructor will be able to give you advice on which classes will best suit your individual level. On completion of the course, you will be offered a permanent place in a class of your choice availability permitting... You will then have access to the Coast Pilates Online Booking System enabling you to book in and out of classes, making it easier to fit Pilates around other commitments.
